Position: Telecaller
Language Requirement: Fluent English (Compulsory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Respond to inbound calls, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly targets and objectives.
- Document and update customer information in the database.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
